TEALwatch® Current Measurement Options

The TEALwatch® power monitor is an 8-channel monitor, sampling at a rate of 128 samples per cycle. The first 3 channels are dedicated for Voltages. The next 3 channels are dedicated for Currents. And the final 2 channels are generic and not dedicated. Note that the present version of the software is only monitoring the first 3 channels, which are Voltages.

The addition of Current Monitoring to the TEALwatch® requires the addition of hardware (the appropriately sized Current Monitoring Current Transducers, 1 for each of the 3 phases, and the CT cabling and interface) as well as an update to your firmware (or at a minimum activation of the current module for newer firmware revisions). Current Monitoring may be added on a case-by-case basis.
